About Us

As a woman approaching her 40's, I started finding it more difficult to find clothing styles that I liked. Either they were designed for young twenty-somethings or something I could picture someone my mom's age wearing...no in between. Boutiques seemed to be the place where I could fall in love with simple styles and patterns, but the prices were often out of my comfort zone. I knew a couple of local online boutiques that I had found through a friend and thought to myself, "I could do that!"

In January 2017, my husband and I launched FerrisWheel Clothing Co. Our goal was to provide young and fun styles to women in their 20's to 40's that would be flattering on all body types and hide our own individual problem areas. Let's face it...after childbirth, we don't all have that flat tummy anymore and don't always have the time to devote to the gym! Sorry, Forever XXI, it's not you...it's me and my "Nearing 40" body.

Aside from wanting to provide styles that complimented different body types, we set a goal to never charge more than we would pay for an item at a retail store and still keep our margins high enough to make the business profitable. This allows us to offer great clothes at a reasonably competitive prince. Win-win!
